U1 Narwee is located an easy mostly flat walk to Sunshine Beach village where you will find gourmet Cafes, award winning restaurants, newly renovated Surf Club and corner store. Beach access is a 2 minute walk away and the patrolled area of the beach is a 4 minute walk away.
The brand new duplex comprises of open kitchen and living area on the ground level which flows out to an undercover deck with alfresco dining, BBQ and private (heated) pool area. the kitchen includes all new mod cons. Large smart tv in the living area and a second one in the parents room.
The laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) are in the single garage. There is also a single car port outside and space for additional on street parking (complimentary).
The upper level of the house comprises of all 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with robe and good size ensuite. The master bedroom has a balcony with a coffee table and chairs. The second bedroom is located beside the main bathroom (with bath). The childrens room with funky built in bunk beds, a trundle bed and a pull out single sofa. There is another balcony (which can be locked) off this room.
