To ensure all our properties are kept flea free and are well maintained a pet fee is charged with each booking. We also ask that care and consideration by each guest be given. Pets are not permitted on the furniture and where ever possible pets must be accompanied by their own bedding. Please ensure pets are well groomed, with trimmed nails and a flea control treatment in place. Please check the perimeter of the property upon arrival and advise of any concerns. Please ensure pets are not left locked inside the property during your absence. Please clean up after your pet and ensure the yard is kept free of defecation. Sunshine Beach Real Estate does not permit dangerous animals on the premises. * Guests receive a small 'starter pack' of amenities only. This includes such items as tea/coffee, toilet paper and dishwashing power/liquid etc., sufficient for one days use. Guest to re-stock for their stay. *Stays of 10 days or more receive a housekeeping service/s at mid stay or regular intervals depending on length of stay. *Other contractors may visit during stay to attend to pool and/or garden maintenance as required.
