	PIP COVELL Pip Covell, the principal of Sunshine Beach Real Estate, has had a long association with Sunshine Beach having bought her first property in the region in 1986. Pip worked in the agency with the original owner when the business was known as Brian Watson Real Estate. As Sunshine Beach continues to evolve Pip changed the business name when she took over in 2000 to Sunshine Beach Real Estate to reflect a strong commitment to the region. "Sunshine Beach and the surrounding beaches are in actual fact a rare commodity. Bounded by the Noosa National Park and the ocean, property in this area is limited by the size of the region. It's a special place with a unique identity and we enjoy specialising in this area" states Pip.

JIM REYNOLDS, MIKE HAY & LANCE BUSSELL
Pip's inspiring leadership is reflected throughout the team with each member having a strong association to the region.

Sales consultants Jim Reynolds, Mike Hay and Lance Bussell are all long time residents, Jim for 27 years, Mike for 15 and Lance for 12. It’s fair to say that these experienced sales consultants have seen much change with Sunshine Beach over the years.

Jim has been selling properties in Sunshine Beach since 1979. Mike believes one of the strengths of Sunshine Beach is "its village atmosphere. It has a great charm and most residents fall in love with Sunshine Beach knowing that it can't get any bigger." Lance believes in providing excellent service to his clients.

	JULIE FELL Julie Fell handles sales, holiday rentals and general administration for Sunshine Beach Real Estate and has been doing so for the past 14 years. Julie believes attention to detail is one of the integral keys to the success of the agency. "Our holiday listings have virtually been handpicked and we have listings for some of the most unique and beautiful holiday properties on the Sunshine Coast."
	JENNIFER MOTT Jennifer Mott is the Assistant Property Manager and the first point of contact at Sunshine Beach Real Estate. Having worked in real estate for the past 8 years, Jennifer commenced with the agency recently and enjoys specialising in Sunshine Beach property.
	HELEN HELTON Helen Helton is the all important Saturday girl holding the fort on Saturdays. Helen handles reception, assists with property management, holiday rentals and general administration.
